Date Salad

Ingredients

| dates | 1.0 | package |
| green grapes | 1.0 | pound |
| apples | 3.0 | medium sized |
| walnuts | 1.0 | cup |
| egg | 1.0 | whole |
| mustard | 1.0 | teaspoon |
| sugar | 1/4 | cup |
| salt | 1/4 | teaspoon |
| butter | 1.0 | teaspoon |
| vinegar | 1/4 | cup |
| milk | 1/2 | cup |
Instructions

Cut the grapes into halves and remove stones, quarter dates and cut apples into small pieces.

Add the nuts and mix with following dressing:

Beat the egg and add the other ingredients.

Then add 1/4 cup vinegar, and 1/2 cup of milk.

Cook until thick.

Arrange salad on lettuce leaves.
