Mint Julup

Ingredients

| water | 1.0 | quart |
| sugar | 2.0 | cups |
| claret wine | 1.0 | pint |
| strawberry juice | 1.0 | cup |
| orange juice | 1.0 | cup |
| boiling water | 1.5 | cups |
| fresh mint | 12.0 | sprigs |
Instructions

Boil water and sugar twenty minutes, add mint and let stand five minutes.

Strain, add fruit juices and cool.

Pour into a punch bowl, add claret, and chill with a large piece of ice.

Dilute with water and garnish with fresh mint leaves and whole strawberries.
